STRAWBERRIES - FROZEN PULP
(1) PRODUCT: Frozen Strawberry Pulp Natural
(2) Product Description: natural pulp with seeds, semi-fluid consistency, obtained from healthy and optimum maturity Strawberry (Fragaria vesca) despedunculadas, selected, cleaned and disinfected, pulp, bagged and frozen until the temperature of thermal center -18 ° C. The pulp natural without artificial preservatives, nutritional care of the fruit and allow for multiple uses in food and beverage industry.

(3) Composition: 100% Strawberry
(4) Variety: Camarosa
(5) Caliber : 20 - 35 mm

IQF SMOOTHIES STRAWBERRY
(1) Description of product: Product prepared with fresh and healthy fruits of firm texture, from the specie Fragaria sp variety Camarosa which has the required level of maturity, despedunculated, washed and disinfected; selected and frozen even reach -18ºC of temperature in the termic medium.
(2) Composition: 100% Strawberry
(3) Variety: Camarosa
(4) Caliber : Uncalibrated and broken fruits, all sizes
(5) PRESENTATION:
Primary envelope: polyetilene bags of low density which have a blue colors.
Secondary envelope: cardboard boxes of corrugated parafined
Net weight: 10 Kg, 30 Lb (13,62 Kg) u other as client requirement.
(6) LIFE STORAGE: 2 years preservation at – 18ºC.
(7) STORAGE CONDITIONS, BOARDING AND DISTRIBUTION:
The product must be stored, boarded and distributed -18ºC (0ºF).
Maintain frozen until use.
Do not refreeze once the product has been thawed.

STRAWBERRY POWDER / FLOUR
Fruit: Strawberry (Fragaria vesca), native fruit from Peru

(2) Preparation Process: The fruit has been selected, washed, peeled and dehydrated. Once the fruit reaches 9-10% humidity it is ground obtaining a particle size of 40 MESH. 100% natural Strawberry, no chemical consumptions or colorings. It doesn’t need to be frozen.
(3) Application: Strawberry Powder is used mostly to elaborate Strawberries ice cream, yogurts, juice, drinks, Strawberries jam and all kind of deserts on the basis of this fruit.
(4) Lifetime: One year inside the original bags or under dry and cool conditions.

STRAWBERRY JAM
(1) DESCRIPTION: Preserved processed to base of pieces of fruit. Used as decoration and filling. Has an excellent resistance moderate temperature bake.
(2) INGREDIENTS: Strawberry, sugar, citric acid, pectin, color and sodium benzoate as preservative.
(3) SENSORY SPECIFICATIONS
Aspect: Gel soft and shine, with pieces of strawberry.
Smell: Characteristic of the fruit, without strange smell.
Taste: Characteristic of the fruit, without strange taste
Color: Characteristic of the fruit.
(4) STORAGE: Keep in a dry and cool place (about 20°C).
Keep the product closed away from light and direct heat.

(7) SHELF LIFE: 2 months in the conditions mentioned.
